Though it's the best season in Stockholm, it rained cats and dogs in the latest one week, which makes us feel it isn't in summer, because the highest temperature is still below 20 C, it's so unbelievable!
One week in the Swedish office give some real experience of culture difference but not just learn from text and pictures. For example, in China, manager and leader often have a lot of diffrerence compare to the common employee -- they will have a big office, your should call him/her Manager. XXX, and show your respect to him/her when you talk to him/her, it seems that you should rise your head to see your manager; by contrast with it, Swedish manager is more like the common employee, he/she sits among us, even Tommy, who is the manager two levels up to me, only has a very small office.
It's ten thirty PM, the sun light is almost below the roof of the house, the sky's color is so beautiful, and I feel tired, so I want to stop typing.
